В Омске к 2014 году построят апарт-отель
В Омске состоялось заседание архитектурно-градостроительного совета, на котором был предоставлен новый проект омской девелоперской компании Just Fit Life – апарт-отель.
Градостроительный совет утвердил концепцию здания и детали его проекта. На заседании был высказан ряд предложений, в частности, по доработке фасадов здания, по возможности увеличения количества парковочных мест. Кроме того, участники Совета положительно оценили уникальность проекта, принципиальную новизну его формата, позволяющего сделать более цивилизованным омский рынок съемного жилья – апарт-отель будет ориентирован на аренду квартир.
"Разрабатывая проект апарт-отеля, мы приложили все усилия, чтобы гармонично вписать его в архитектурно-ландшафтный облик города и учесть образ здания в архитектурном ансамбле района, - пояснил директор компании Виталий Королев. - Я надеюсь, что в том числе с помощью нашего проекта, мы сможем заложить начало строительства города XXI века, что он станет отправной точкой в отсчете развития современного города, создания делового центра областной столицы".
Новый жилой комплекс будет расположен между улицами маршала Жукова и Бульварной на земельной участке площадью 0,88 га. Общая площадь апарт-отеля составит порядка 31,5 тыс. кв. м. На первом этаже апарт-отеля будут располагаться ресторан на 50 посадочных мест, салон красоты, лобби-бар на 40 посадочных мест, на втором – фитнес-зал, торговые залы, офисы. На третьем этаже предполагается разместить офисные помещения. С 4 по 18 этаж будут располагаться номера самого отеля. Just Fit Life и NAI Becar планируют инвестировать в проект 600 млн. рублей. Начало работы на объекте запланировано на 4-й квартал 2012 года, по плану отель будет сдан во 2-м квартале 2014-го.
Компания Just Fit Life уже построила в Омске жилой комплекс "Любимый" на Левобережье, ориентированного на малогабаритные квартиры "под ключ", и начала строительство городского посёлка "Зелёная долина", состоящего из коттеджей, на Московке.
Апарт-отели представляют собой гостиницы, сформированные по принципу квартир, но при этом у постояльцев нет необходимости заключать договор с владельцем на определенный срок, и есть возможность выписаться в любой момент. Система бронирования стандартна, как и в других отелях.
